1、 Working principle

The recycling filter cartridge of the powder spraying room is the core filtering element of the dry powder spraying room, used to capture the overspray powder generated during the spraying process. The powder spraying operation generates a dusty airflow mixed with powder, which flows towards the filter cartridge under the negative pressure of the system. The airflow passes through the filter material of the filter cartridge, and the powder particles are intercepted and attached to the outer surface of the filter cartridge. The clean gas is discharged after passing through the filter material. The filter cartridge is equipped with a pulse back blowing dust cleaning system. Compressed air is instantly sprayed into the interior of the filter cartridge, forming a shock wave that shakes the accumulated powder on the outer wall of the filter cartridge to the bottom powder collection bin. After screening, it can be reused. The filter cartridge is equipped with a metal support frame to prevent the filter material from being sucked and deformed under negative pressure. The sealing ring ensures that the installation position is sealed, preventing dust containing airflow from escaping directly due to short circuit without filtration. Filter cartridges often use anti-static filter materials to suppress the accumulation of static electricity in powders and avoid safety risks. The control system triggers pulse cleaning at regular intervals according to the production cycle, maintaining the filtering resistance of the filter cartridge within a reasonable range, ensuring stable negative pressure in the powder spraying room, and achieving continuous powder recovery and filtration.
